ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) – A 12-year-old teenager was hit with a gun and robbed after agreeing to fight a teenager in south St. Louis on Tuesday night.

Police said the boy agreed to meet a teenager in Leona Street and Federer Place around 6 p.m. to fight. When the 12-year-old arrived at the scene, there were three men, aged 15 to 16. One of the teenagers pulled out a gun and hit the boy with it while claiming his bag. After taking the boy’s bag, the three suspicious teenagers fled the area.

The bag was later found in Bowen’s 3900 block, but the money there was stolen. The boy was not injured, police said.
